Equipment & Merchandise

Two clearly separated ranges. First the brewing gear we actually use behind the bar — the tools that match our published brew methods. Then Caffenation branded merchandise, kept deliberately simple.

Brewing equipment

Every tool below is listed because one of our brew guides uses it — nothing is here to fill a grid. Each card says what it brews and what it pairs with, and links straight to the matching recipe in the brew guides. Coffee itself lives on the Coffee page, and if you would rather skip gear altogether, our Easy brew range does the work for you.

Brewing gear, matched to our four brew methods

Four methods, one honest gear list: a pour-over cone, a press, an espresso setup and a stovetop moka pot — plus the grinder and scale that every one of them depends on.

Pour-over — V60

Pour-over dripper, V60 style

A cone and a paper filter: the setup behind our filter recipes. It brews a clean, bright cup that keeps the fruit and florals of the lighter roasts readable, and it is the most controllable way to learn how grind and pour change a coffee.

Pairs with: whole-bean filter roasts from our Coffee range, plus the filter papers in the same section.

Immersion + pressure — AeroPress

AeroPress-style press

Steep, stir, press. It brews a rounded, full-bodied cup in a couple of minutes and forgives small mistakes, which is why it is the brewer we recommend first to anyone starting out. Tough, quick to rinse and happy on a kitchen counter or a camping table.

Pairs with: any Caffenation roast, ground on the spot — ask us to grind it for the press if you have no grinder yet.

Espresso

Espresso setup — machine and tamper

The gear our espresso blends were chosen for: a machine that reaches pressure and a tamper that seats the puck evenly. Small changes in dose, grind and tamp are what separate a sour shot from a sweet one — our guide walks through exactly that.

Pairs with: our espresso blends on the Coffee page, and the scales below for dosing.

Stovetop — Moka

Moka pot

No pump, no plug — steam does the work. It brews a strong, syrupy cup between filter and espresso that takes milk beautifully, and it is the most affordable way into a concentrated brew at home.

Pairs with: medium and darker roasts on the Coffee page, ground a touch coarser than espresso.

Grinding

Burr grinder

The single biggest upgrade to any setup. Freshly ground coffee at the right setting is what lets one bag serve a pour-over, a press, espresso and a moka pot. Buy whole bean and grind per brew — the difference is not subtle.

Pairs with: every roast on the Coffee page, bought as whole bean rather than ground.

Measuring

Brewing scale

Our recipes are written in grams of coffee and grams of water, so a scale is what makes them repeatable. Weigh the dose, weigh the water, and the same bag tastes the same tomorrow. Compact sizes even fit under an espresso cup.

Pairs with: every brew guide on this page — dose and yield are the two numbers that matter most.

Caffenation merchandise

Our own range, sold the way we drink it: a small, rotating line rather than a catalogue. Available in the bars and through us directly — ask about current stock, sizes and colours.

Wear

Branded apparel

T-shirts, sweaters and the pieces our own baristas live in. Printed in limited runs, so the range shifts through the year — plain enough to wear anywhere, branded enough that other coffee people spot it.

Pairs with: a bag of whole bean from Coffee — the usual gift combination.

Caffenation Camping Cup, branded drinkware from the merchandise range

Drink

Branded drinkware

Cups and mugs carrying the Caffenation name — including the sturdy cup we take to competitions and campsites. Designed to be used daily rather than kept on a shelf, and to hold up on a bike ride or a festival grounds.

Pairs with: any brewer above — it is the cup you will actually brew into.

Accessories

Branded accessories

The small stuff you reach for every day: totes, brew-in travel pieces and the odds and ends we keep behind the bar. Rotating, limited and occasionally strange — the kind of thing you only find by asking at the counter.

Pairs with: our capsules and drip bags on Easy brew for a travel-ready kit.

Price on request Limited runs

Merchandise is a range, not a fixed list: pieces come and go with each limited run, so we do not publish per-item prices or names we cannot guarantee are still on the shelf. Tell us what you are after and we will confirm what is in stock.

Rather skip the equipment entirely?

You can drink Caffenation coffee with nothing but a cup and hot water. Our compostable capsules fit home machines, and our drip bags brew one fresh cup anywhere — no grinder, no scale, no recipe to learn.
