Every bag we ship carries the date it came off the roaster. If it is on this page, it was roasted for this page — small batches, packed within a day or two, shipped the same week.
Filter by how you brew, then sort by roast date, price or origin. The chips narrow the same grid below — nothing reloads.

Want to keep the same pack coming back? See the repeating rhythms and savings.

Sending one as a present? Check how fresh the bags stay in transit.
We roast almost daily in Antwerp and pack within a day or two, so most bags ship the same week they were roasted. The roast date is stamped on the bag — check it before you dial in.
Espresso generally tastes better after a few days of rest; filter is ready a little sooner. Give a fresh bag a day or two if the shot runs fast.
Yes — whole beans freeze well in the sealed bag. Let them come back to room temperature before opening, and don't refreeze.
Those are lots listed on our transparency sheet that we have not cupped in writing yet. We would rather label them as listed lots than publish tasting notes we have not agreed on.
